Overview
terratalent is a subsidiary of terrassign GmbH, which was founded in 2010 in Heidelberg and has had locations in Berlin, the Greater Boston area, Palma de Mallorca, Paris, Rome, Stockholm, and Warsaw since 2015. From these locations, the company takes care of expats, transferees, and deployed personnel on behalf of companies worldwide—both for individual deployments at the management level and for group deployments for short-term projects.
Due to increased customer demand for skilled workers, the subsidiary terratalent GmbH was founded in 2023 with its headquarters in Berlin. It was established by Martin Theobald and Burkhard Volbracht.

Burkhard Volbracht supported the state of Berlin for almost 20 years in recruiting and onboarding international skilled workers. His area of expertise is Business Immigration.
Business Immigration Expert
Martin Theobald was responsible for managing the care of deployed employees in crisis regions worldwide at UNDP. He gained extensive knowledge and expertise in employee deployment. Since 2015, he has served as the Chief Executive Officer of terrassign GmbH.
