Additionally, the German Federal Employment Agency, through its international arm ZAV, is active in some of these areas. Recognition and visa processes play a significant role, making these activities valuable. However, job opportunities with German companies remain largely unknown in these regions. Many local stakeholders lack direct access to the German labor market.
