Our Access to International Skilled Professionals
We have built a robust network and established partnerships with universities, educational institutions, and training centers in various regions. Our primary focus lies in countries such as Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda in East Africa, as well as Ghana and Nigeria in West Africa, India, and Turkey.
These regions host vast talent pools of highly skilled professionals who often struggle to find suitable job opportunities locally. Many of these professionals hold qualifications recognized in Germany and possess German language skills ranging from A2 to B2. Our recruitment strategy prioritizes forming partnerships aimed at influencing educational content and fostering sustainable collaborations. These qualification partnerships are highly effective in addressing emerging workforce gaps caused by retirements or a lack of new trainees.

1. Trainees from Kenya
The Kenya-Germany Vocational Training Program for Refugees by Malengo
This program prepares refugees living in Kenya who hold a high school diploma (e.g., KCSE, UACE, CSE) or a Ugandan Certificate of Education (UCE) for admission into vocational training programs in Germany.
AG German Institute
As the leading private German language school in Kenya, AG German Institute ensures that candidates are well-informed and have realistic expectations before moving to Germany. Within just nine months, participants achieve a B2 language proficiency level and are subsequently introduced to potential training companies.
2. Professional Truck Drivers from Eastern Europe
Recruitment of Professional Truck Drivers from Eastern Europe
The process begins with initial interviews to evaluate the qualifications of applicants, focusing specifically on their driver’s license classes. After selection, we provide candidates with short language and orientation courses on-site. Employers conduct selection interviews organized by us to identify suitable truck drivers. We assist skilled professionals throughout the entire process, including their departure, visa procedures, and the recognition of their driving licenses in Germany.

Our local partner, Sinetheta Engineering Group Ltd., is a leading Ghanaian company in the field of electrical engineering. For over 30 years, it has been providing electrical and architectural solutions across West Africa, particularly in Ghana and Liberia.
The company has a long-standing tradition of inter-company training, ensuring a consistent pipeline of highly skilled electrical professionals.
